Sprinklr opened a beta for six new marketing agents on Oct. 27, 2026. The agents plan, write and check campaigns, with a person approving each step1. Sprinklr says one agent turns a two-week campaign build into an hour's work.
A Two-Week Job, Promised in an Hour
Anish Chadda leads marketing product strategy at Sprinklr. Customers tell him one thing most. "A lot of our customers right now, they're drowning," he told CMSWire. "Honestly, that's the number one feedback we get"2.
Chadda points to the Campaign Execution Agent. It reads a brief, then builds campaigns, audiences and creative across channels on its own. "We have some customers telling us it takes them almost two weeks to build out a campaign today across all the various different channels that you have to be on," Chadda said2.
Fourteen days runs to 336 hours. Sprinklr says that same job now takes 30 to 60 minutes, under one hour at the top of the range.

Karthik Suri is Sprinklr's chief product and corporate strategy officer. He frames the six agents as the payoff for years of collecting customer data. "Sprinklr was built to unify customer and market data across channels. Marketing AI Agents are the next evolution of that foundation," Suri said1.

A campaign in Times Square starts as one of these builds. Trends on social media move in days, Sprinklr says. A full campaign cycle has run four to six weeks3. That gap is the whole pitch for a faster agent.
Six Agents, One Human in the Middle
Beyond Campaign Execution, Sprinklr named five more agents in the beta: "Ideation," "Creative," "Compliance," "Community" and "Budget Optimization"2. The agent Sprinklr calls "Ideation" watches performance and listening data, then suggests the next move. "Creative" scales one approved idea into variants and local versions.
"Compliance" checks each draft against brand and legal rules, then flags what breaks them. "Community" sorts social chatter and drafts replies. "Budget Optimization" shifts spending between channels as a campaign runs.
Suri calls the design "human in the middle." He told CMSWire, "We've designed this to be human in the middle. That said, I want to make sure that the orchestration is as autonomous and as intelligent and contextual as it gets"2.

Sprinklr first showed these features at its CXUnifiers event in Nashville, held Sept. 29 to Oct. 13. The wider beta opened four weeks later, through each customer's account team1.
A Price Tag Still to Come
Sprinklr already counts more than 1,600 enterprise customers, including Microsoft, Procter & Gamble and Samsung1. The company says 59 percent of the Fortune 100 pay for its platform. That reach is why the agents matter to any marketing team on the list.

Sprinklr's announcement skips three facts a buyer needs most. A price for the agents and a date for general release are still waiting. Still missing too: a customer running them in production, since the beta just opened1. A professional comparing tools this week gets a demo, instead of a bill.
Too Fast for the Teams Running It
Justin Robbins founded Metric Sherpa, an independent research firm that studies customer experience technology. He praises the engineering, then raises a different worry: whether buyers can handle it. "It's absolutely exceptional to see the level of capability that's being developed across the board," Robbins said. "But think about it from the standpoint of a car, where most people struggle to just back out of the driveway. Now we've put them in a supercharged vehicle that can go zero to 200 in three seconds. It's just too much"3.
Robbins says the agents help most where a team already has clean data and defined processes3. Plenty of enterprise marketing teams have yet to clear that bar.
Greg Kihlström writes The Agile Brand Guide and hosts a podcast on marketing strategy. He modeled one team running all six agents for a week. Before the agents, that team shipped four campaigns a month4.
A brand director reviewed each one in a 30-minute review. In Kihlström's model, "Ideation" suggests 30 content changes in week one. "Compliance" clears 22 drafts and flags eight exceptions.
"The brand director now faces 30 approvals and eight exception reviews in a week that used to hold one," Kihlström wrote4. Speed at the agent layer creates a new bottleneck one layer up: the person who still signs off.
Gartner, the research firm, forecasts that more than 40 percent of agentic AI projects will be abandoned by the end of 20275. It cites unclear value and weak risk controls. Sprinklr's beta is one more agentic bet entering that same stretch of road.
What to do
Ask your account team for the Marketing AI Agents beta. Request a written scope. Ask which of the six agents you get, and which approval step still needs a person.
Sprinklr has yet to set a price. Push for a trial period tied to one campaign, instead of a blanket rollout.
Test the "Compliance" and Campaign Execution agents first, on one low-stakes campaign. Count the approvals your own team faces in that first week, the way Kihlström modeled. A count that climbs past what your brand director can review means the bottleneck moved, rather than vanished.
By the numbers
- 30 to 60 minutes: Sprinklr's claim for its agent's campaign build, down from almost two weeks2.
- Six: the number of marketing agents in Sprinklr's beta, covering campaign ideas, creative, execution, compliance, community and budget1.
- 1,600-plus: enterprise customers Sprinklr counts on its platform today, before this beta adds a single new one1.
- 59 percent: the share of the Fortune 100 that Sprinklr already counts as paying customers1.
- Four days: roughly how long Sprinklr says a social trend lasts, against a four-to-six-week campaign cycle built before these agents3.
- 40-plus percent: the share of agentic AI projects Gartner expects companies to abandon by the end of 20275.
What to watch
Watch for Sprinklr's first general availability date and a published price list. A named customer willing to describe a campaign the agents actually ran would matter more than another demo. Six months into the beta with a price still open would tell a buyer plenty about how ready the product really is.
