What we checked

• Stars. 27,374 stars on the JimLiu/baoyu-skills repository, counted on GitHub by Ai Lately on November 7, 2026.
• Red flags. We read the 28 files this skill would put on your computer, looking for downloads that run on their own, hidden orders, reads of your keys and passwords, and code that phones home. The scan raised a flag, and a person read it and judged it harmless: example paths in config the reader fills in for remote publishing, plus test files.
• One fixed version. We checked commit ca703c2. The link opens exactly that version. An author can change a skill later, so read SKILL.md before you install.
• What we did not do. We did not run it. A scan cannot prove a skill is safe.
