What we checked

• Stars. 188,687 stars on the anthropics/skills repository, counted on GitHub by Ai Lately on November 7, 2026.
• Red flags. We read the 29 files this skill would put on your computer, looking for downloads that run on their own, hidden orders, reads of your keys and passwords, and code that phones home. The scan found nothing that kept it off this page.
• One fixed version. We checked commit 2c5958e. The link opens exactly that version. An author can change a skill later, so read SKILL.md before you install.
• What we did not do. We did not run it. A scan cannot prove a skill is safe.
